Picton P4

Picton as displayed remains a work in progress. On completion it will be as
close to the prototype as surviving evidence allows. Situated on the still open
line between Yarm & Northallerton, the now closed Picton was the Junction
for the line from there to Grosmont on the Esk Valley line and thence to
Whitby. Modelled in the mid 1950's when the line was still open to passengers
& goods. Track work is to P4 standards and all rolling stock is kit built or
modified R.T.R. The buildings were constructed for us by a fellow club
member. We are always looking out for additional information about Picton to
enable us to fill in some of the gaps.
